About Priya

I have studied Neuro Lingustic Programming under Jessica Robbins, the influential personal development coach, and through international travel have developed skills at dealing with individuals across a wide range of cultures. Through my studies I have learnt about the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine and incorporate these into my therapies to develop a range of physical and mental healing skills which have been successfully used with a range of clients.

I believe the success of my work comes from looking at symptoms from a holistic perspective that takes account of both the physical and mental aspects of a client’s condition in order to provide an enriching, healing antidote to the stresses and strains of modern life.

I have worked with those needing palliative care, and understand the special needs which are required in this area of holistic therapy. I volunteer regularly at The Peace Hospice in Watford bringing my own special and individualised therapies to the patients and carers there.

I hold Diplomas in Aromatherapy & Therapeutic Massage and in Anatomy and Physiology (from the Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy). I am first aid qualified and a Member of The International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and The Mount Vernon Cancer Network.

Your energy is the most important thing in the world, so it is essential that you are proactive in rejuvenating yourself with positive energy, wherever, and whenever you can. This can be through simple things such as doing something that brings a smile to your face or spending quality time with people who make laugh or reading books that inspire you.

Aromatherapy is the perfect way to uplift your energy and trigger positive thoughts and feelings. As part of my holistic approach, I take into consideration medical history, emotional condition, general health and lifestyle before planning a course of treatment, to ensure that it is not just the symptom that is treated, but that you are too.

My therapies are suitable for people of all backgrounds and ages. I work with anybody who wants to experience the benefits of holistic therapies; I have a style that is very warm, personal and peaceful.

Our sessions begin by discussing any physical and emotional areas that may be creating dis-harmonies for you. I then work closely with you to find your own route to wellbeing, by nourishing your positive energies and exploring the roots of any of problem areas.
